Hello, my name is Gina and I am Disney obsessed! My love of Disney started when I was a kid. My mom had Mickey and friends everywhere… and I mean everywhere! Each holiday, especially Christmas Mickey, was the main focus on our Christmas tree and decorations. I honestly believe that I was born with Disney in my blood. My great uncle had the honor of drawing for Walt Disney. As kids we got to visit his drawing room where all the magic took place, which was extremely special.
Each Disney vacation is of course magical, but I have to say I’ve had three really amazing events during my trips. I had the honor of running my first Run Disney event in January of 2019. I ran a half marathon that year, and after that race I came back ready for more! The following year of January 2020 I ran the Run Disney event again, but this time I completed the Dopey Challenge which is 48.6 miles total! That’s right, 4 races, 4 events and 6 medals! It was an incredible experience that I will never forget. Lastly, in August of 2021, my boyfriend went to Disney World for the first time. My goal was for him to try and stand out and be honored as Veteran of the Day… and he was selected! Out of thousands and thousands of guests in the park he was the chosen one. It was such a beautiful experience, and an absolute honor to be a part of the Disney magic.
With my helpful training as a Diserella Travel Advisor, it has allowed me to be certified in the Disney College of Knowledge, Universal Orlando and Hollywood, SeaWorld Entertainment groups, Sesame Place, Busch Gardens, Cruises, visitOrlando and visitAnaheim, among many others!
