Diserella Travel is seeking highly-motivated individuals with a passion for travel and all things Disney to join our team of Magic Coordinators. Travel agent experience is not necessary. A successful candidate will possess well-above average knowledge of at least one Disney destination, outstanding customer service and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. We provide comprehensive, ongoing training and mentoring. Agents who are actively selling and meeting sales goals will also qualify for a variety of travel benefits and bonuses.

We are a TRAVEL agency. Our primary niche is Disney vacations. We do not consider applicants that do not have multiple experiences with one or more of the Disney destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Cruise Line, or Adventures by Disney) within the last couple of years unless you have other SIGNIFICANT cruise, all-inclusive, or other international travel experience.
We are not currently contracting agents who reside in California or Hawaii.
We only consider Florida residents if they have either significant travel experience outside of Disney and/or a large personal network outside of the state of Florida.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
