Hi y’all, my name is Kim Dixon. I am 39 years old, a mom of 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 1 cat from St. Louis, MO. I have been Disney crazy since I was born. Mickey and Minnie stole my heart and never gave it back. Disney World has always been my happy place and Gulf Shores has always felt like my second home.
In 2014, I won a trip to Maui from my work. It was the most amazing and surreal vacation I had ever been on. I was a stranger to something new and Maui opened my eyes to all kinds of different experiences. Now, we pick a different destination for our kid free trip every spring. Since, we have traveled to Aruba twice, Mexico, Grand Cayman, and Key West, FL just the 2 of us.
Disney World is my heaven. There’s not one bad thing about it. Nothing makes me happier than putting on my ears, drinking a cup of coffee, and seeing Cinderella’s castle. Magic Kingdom is my favorite park. Be Our Guest at MK and Tusker House at AK are by far my favorite character experiences. My favorite rides are all of them. There really isn’t a bad one.
I have snorkeled in Maui, Aruba, Grand Cayman, Key West, Playa Del Carmen, and Isla Mujeres. I have driven from Miami to Key West on Overseas Highway. I have kayaked and had a sea turtle come up for air right next to my kayak, Swam and held a Ray in grand cayman, and seen the sunset over the ocean in Key West at Mallory Square. I have been so blessed with all experiences and I can’t wait to help others have the same kind of fun.
