WDW to Increase FastPass+ Booking Window for Off-Site Guests

Guests staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels on Disney property are able to book their FastPass+ reservations 60 days prior to arrival, a 30 day advantage over off-site guests. But that may be changing. Rumor has it that Disney will be extending the 60 day booking window to many, if not all, of its "Good Neighbor" partner hotels. While we can't be certain of the motive behind this change, one can certainly speculate that Disney's recent resort capacity issues are causing more and more guests to book off-site. There are still other advantages for on-site guests such as free transportation and parking, extra magic hours, and dining plans. What do you think about this change?
